Mouse clicks and the radio dial

Is it possible to get the behavior changed on the R-832 dial to match other aircraft?

 

On the Mi-8, Ka-50, and L-39C, a right click of the mouse results in the dial moving clockwise. A left click moves the dial counter-clockwise.

 

However, in the MiG-21, a right click of the mouse results in the dial moving counter-clockwise. A left click moves the dial clockwise.

 

Is this difference intentional, and if not, can the MiG-21 be changed to match other aircraft behaviors with their radio dials?
