A/C shaking persists after bad takeoff

I had this a few times already:

When I take off without paying great attention to speed AoA etc. at some point my tires break down and the aircraft starts to shake.

Everything just as it should be, BUT as soon as I take off, the shaking persists and even gets heavier sometimes.

 

I think this isn't the way it is intended to be...

 

My version: 2.0.0.48525, but something similar happened to me already in 1.5, altough I didn't pay attention to the tires back then, nor created a track of it, but it was also related to take off
