Hi,

I look forward to your replay :smilewink:

I confirm there is no caging of la boule (main ADI). It works with INS, not own gyros.

The N/P switch is left on N (Normal) most of the time.

The P (Pole) is only used in case of failure, when the instrument gives bad indications that disturb the pilot. P forces it to show only the black half-sphere (+ failure flag) => no more disturbing indications.

OTOH:

AFTER ENGINE START

AUTOPILOT TEST

FBW TEST

=> invert order; you should test FBW before AP.

This is an error; your order was correct, the AP test is indeed done first (by request of the ground crew) then the FBW test.:poster_oops:

Thanks for your reply Azrayen. I will change it.

From where did you get your information, because RAZBAM also wrote on page 50 "8. Cage knob"?

Do you know for what the ALERT Switch is? It's labeled as "Alert Network Switch" in RAZBAMs Manual (page 72)? I know it is used in the scrambling-checklist and accelerates the start but have you eventually more information about the switch? I know it's not yet implemented and don't know if it will be implemented in the future, because it is labeled as "Blank Switch" in RAZBAMs Manual (page 19).

And since you have the knowledge, could you also explain the Hyd 1 and 2 switch? From what i ' am understanding Hydraulic pressure on system 1 and 2 are arleady displayed, through the two respective needles, right? What is the purpose of the switch ? (to show

pressure in the Ancillary and Emergency brake subsystem like in the F1?).

I'm away from home for a few weeks with slow or no internet, and no DCS.

Alert network switch is indeed for QRA. It powers a specific electrical network from the GPU to keep the aircraft ready to start (in particular, INS)

Hi Toertchen,

VampireNZ made me aware of your addition of a rotation speed table.

Nice job as always :) but missing accuracy, sadly. :book:

Perhaps you could update it using the following values? (speed = rotation)

Clean aircraft (full internal fuel, guns loaded): 10.9t - 120kt

A/A aircraft (clean + 4 missiles, center tank): 13.1t - 125kt

A/G aircraft (clean + 2missiles, 4 Mk-82s, wing tanks): 15.9t - 150kt

I don't know why the difference in weights.

Perhaps the guns shells for the clean aircraft? (125kg/275lbs)

Also note that 160kt is +/- the uppest rotation speed you'll get (at MTOW, standard conditions).

PS: perhaps is it best to wait for the next FM iteration to change your document; given how badly the aircraft perfoms for now when it's heavy and at low speed, I get why your table gives higher speeds than it "should".

Hi Toertchen, small remarks regarding your checklist:

- I think it would make sense to add "GPU Connected" as pre flight check. I guess IRL GPU is connected by default before pilot get in the plane, but in DCS we do have to request it from Ground Crew.

- In M2000C RDM checklist, ANTI ICE ON is part of taxiing checks, in yours its included after engine start and before tests. I had in mind that ANTI ICE should not be turned on too soon while aircraft is on the floor, hence turning it on just before taxiing is recommended.

Hope it makes sense as i'm quite a learning noob :smartass:

Hi Toertchen,

First of all thank very much for this checklist and for your continued updates.

Regarding VENT on the engine start / fuel panel, the selection of VENT is for when you want to interfere during an engine start (to stop the process) or when doing a cranking for dry ventilation of the engine.

This is what I understand in the pilot manual written in French...

Cheers

Hello there,

because the enclosed checklists are too confusing (in my opinion), I have revised it and now want to share with you.

If you find some errors, feel free to tell me.

Elements with green color are not yet implemented or you can not interact with them.

What you get:

- checklists based on Dassault Aviation M2000C Flight Manual

- conversion table from mB (mbar / hPa) to in.Hg

- radio frequencies table (Black Sea Map) with additional information about alternate airports, ILS, VOR and TACAN

- radio frequencies table (Nevada Map) with additional information about ILS, TACAN (WIP)

- weapon configuration table

- rotation speed table based on weight (WIP)

REV: 7

+1

Thank you.
