Duxa
Ok heres the scenario... Im flying a F15c.. i have a mig coming towards me... we each fire rockets.. both dodge... fly right past each other... how do I make a quick turn or w/e to shoot him down? Everytime I try I manage to get a rocket in the butt before I can even find him =/
Shotsx74
Keep eyes on him, dont black out, slow down and through down flaps, youll get a better turning advantage, even though you already have one, make sure he doesnt go low, very hard to spot, make sure you turn B4 him in the merge and not after. and BOOM, if you did this correclty you should be able to nail any mig-29 from the 6 when and how ever you want, bend em over backwards. 169th_Dredd
Turn when he hits your 10/2 oclock, throttle back(hit the brakes if above 500), 45 left/right turn or immelman, hit vertical scan and nail him. ;) Of course your decision making must account your IAS and his/your AGL/and attitude. You can always cut and run and live to fight another day. my 2cnts. ---= 169th Panthers -Flt Lt.- =--- http://www.169thpanthers.com.au AMD64 S939 3700 | 2GB Corsair DDR500 | 21" CRT ATI Radeon X800Pro | 2x36GB WD Raptors | SB Audigy TIR3 | TM-868 | X52 | CH Pedals | Creative 5.1 Spkrs

Yeah no better feeling than when you spank him with an Aim 9 "Never in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few". - Sir Winston Churchill 1940. Pilotasso
Keeping a level turn in a fight is rather difficult, yesterday I came on 1 knife fight where I couldnt sustain 4G's (OK I pushed 7 at start so what?), and I've donne that in real life, I didnt like it but I wasnt going to faint. Gazehound
Start turning before you pass each other ('lead turn' - I think one of the training tracks shows you how to do it). Also, consider cutting your throttle and dropping flares toward the end of the turn. VVS504 Red Hammers
