Missing settings option in launcher

I am missing the settings option in the launcher.

Has anyone seen this or have suggestion on how to fix?

I see the monitor lua files in the file system, but not really sure where to start. (IE. Is it an aspect ratio issue? Is it a resolution issue? Is something corrupt?...)

I do have four monitors coming out of a single GFX card, if that makes a difference.

 

I'm tempted to re-install, but I really don't want to burn any activations without knowing for sure if it will fix the problem.

I can only think of monitor and/or GPU-settings for this one. But where to find them? In the computer or in the game? Anyways, I would NOT re-install until I've tried tinkering around. Chances are, you'd get the very same error again...

Change the Resolutions for Vertical and Horizontal, Aspect Ratio (ie 16/9 is 1.77777), Also Make sure Monitorsetup is set to "1Camera'
