mr_mojo97
Sorry, when I meant task bar, I m meant system tray. PhilSkyfire
Hi! Thanks for the tool. The GUI is getting a little bit crowded in the last few iterations, besides from that, I enjoy it!!! Two small issues - - I'm playing in VR. After "Quit to Desktop" in DCS the Updater Tool cannot restart DCS, alas no running process is shown. I have to switch the Build between my Release and OpenBeta build and back, the again I can start DCS. - After restart of Windows and starting the Updater Tool, I have to manually select a build. It does not store the last selected build. Thanks! I will look into VR/On Modes in the code, alot of things changed under the hood, so process detection may have a few more bugs in it, and since I'm supporting multiple DCS Versions and DRM Components, it's getting a bit complicated. Raz_Specter
Bug: After launching DCS from your app, then exiting DCS you are not able to click Launch again, i have to close your app then re-open it to get the hand icon when hovering over anything within the UI Workaround is to deselect a build then select the build again, this seems to work but is long winded Thanks Specter Custom built W10 Pro 64Bit, Intel Core i9 9900k, Asus ROG Maximus Code XI Z390, 64GB DDR4 3200 RGB, Samsung 1TB NVme M.2 Drive, Gigabyte AORUS 2080TI, 40" Iiyama Display. Cobrahjh
Missing FC3 Modules in List & Installer Error DCS Updater is showing all FC3 modules missing except for FC3:Su-25T and I have purchased FC3. I can play each FC3 module and use them in the ME. It does look like I need to install both NS430 GPS L-39 & Mi-8 modules but I get the following error ("the system cannot find the path" pic attached). Thanks for this sweet software! Cobrahjh
Thanks for explaining the FC3 modules. My apologies about the NS430 modules as those two I didn't purchase until now. I shouldn't be up twenty hours installing MOOSE, learning LUA scripting, and doing a dozen DCS things at once. I have the DCS bug bad. ;)

kaltokri
Hi SkateZilla, thank you for that great tool. Keep up the good work! Is it possible to tie some input configuration to the preset? At the moment I use default preset and VR preset. For VR I have different graphics settings. But on my Warthog I have also some different key bindings for zoom, left mouse click and reset view. So it would be great if your tool will create the folders Input.Preset1, Input.Preset2, Input.Preset3, Input.Preset4, Input.VR and Input.Backup. When I choose Preset.VR your tool will rename Input to Input.Default and Input.VR to Input and then launches DCS. After DCS is terminated it will switch the folders back. The only drawback is: If I want to change a keybinding in every Preset, have to change it in the game for each Preset or copy the files between folders. At the moment I do the needed input changes with OvGME. But it would be nice to use only your tool. kaltokri
Another idea could be to implemet the call of PRE and POST scripts, which can added by everyone. E.g. I use Preset1 your tool looks into a scripts folder and if there is a preset1-pre.bat file, it will be executed before DCS is started. After DCS is killed preset1-post.bat will be searched and executed if it exists. With such a mechanism we can add scripts to switch input folders, start tools like OpenTrack, VoiceAttack and maybe if tools like OvGME adds a command line interface we can also switch mods on and off. It would be flexible and powerful.
