speedbrake stays deployed when blacked out

I noticed today that when you have the speedbrake button on the stick pressed and speedbrakes extended and you black out, the speedbrakes stay extended.

 

This shouldn't be the case because while blacked out none of the controls work and you wouldn't be able to keep the button pressed to keep the brakes extended.

This seems to be the DCS World pilot model problem and not MiG-15. Planes' gun triggers also stay pressed after blackout/death.

You can black out from air braking? What a brakes!
