Keyboard Throttle Problem

I have this issue ever since the last couple of updates where I can't push the plane into afterburner state with Throttle Up Keyboard command but I can with the Throttle Axis

 

After it's in Afterburner I can use Up and Down Throttle keys on keyboard so long as it stays in AFB state once it goes out of AFB I have to use the Axis again to put it back into AFB

 

This showed up maybe 4 weeks ago Thought it was gonna get fixed but even with the latest 1.5 patch I still have this issue

 

Is this problem known or ?
