In the stable version, both air or ramp start:

- I takeoff / air start, reduce to idle, then full AB, then mil (I saw a thread where there was a problem with taking off without AB, so I cycle to make sure the bug is not related to that).

- Engage AB, and start to climb.

- I notice that fuel consumption remains fixed at 320 despite altitude change. If I cancel AB and then re-ignite the AB, I get a "refresh" and the fuel consumption is now lower.

-In either case, when I hit roughly 50.000 feet, the AB turns off by itself, but the airplane keeps accelerating as if it was on.

- I move the throttle back, and then select AB again, it turns on

- even if I go back to MIL, the aircraft supercruises at M.1.4 -1.5 at 50.000+ ft in MIL.

I just realized for some reason the OB didn't update when I started it the other day. It's updating now...

for some reason

Updater wait 24h after last check to check again if a new version is available (unless you force a check with the "update" shortcut/command.

So you probably launched DCS shortly before the update. Then it waited 24h after that to check again.

While that issue doesn't really mean much to me It's still a weird that it takes so much time
