Art-J Posted May 25, 2016 Share Posted May 25, 2016 The afterburner problem is a recent bug rather than an intended behaviour, so sooner or later it's going to be fixed I presume for all who use buttons for throttle. I'm not aware of any workarounds of this problem, everyone seems to be waiting for a related patch. i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10. If i remember correctly there is an afterburner switch on the left panel (this in addition to the emergency afterburner switch forward of the throttle). You can map the afterburner switch to your HOTAS or joystick. If the switch is off, even if you put your throttle control to full power, the afterburner won't engage until the switch is set to on.
