DCS Quits After Removing A Module

In Module Manager page, I click a trashcan icon to remove a module. Then a DOS window appears and module is removed, but DCS quits and I find myself while looking at desktop for seconds and waiting for reboot (or something) DCS World, but it won't start again.

 

Is that how it is supposed to be?
