i am not aware of such a thing yet - but i dont' see why someone can't make a simple eye chart that you can print out and put on a wall at a defined distance, and test your eyes in the real world

 

then put on your headset and read a software version of that same eye chart

 

compare and contrast between OR, Vive.. etc

With the resolution of the current headsets, you'd never pass an eye chart test with one. Nor with any monitor without using the zoom view.

When VR sets have 16k screens. Probably.
