Shadow_1stVFW Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 To start, I'd like to say great job, and thank you for a wonderful module RAZBAM. I've been eyeing the Mirage as a module for quite some time now, toying with the idea of finally getting into a fully modeled fighter in DCS. A friend of mine purchased a few month ago while it was still in EARLY early beta and was not too pleased. I've been keeping an eye out, watching videos and reading the updates for it. With the flash sale this weekend I decided that for 35 dollars I had no real reason not to give it a try. Can I just say I was not in any way disappointing. I just can't put this module down. It feels great to fly. The FBW modeling is very well done. The external model is outstanding. The overall feeling of flying a tactical jet is superbly captured, great job. I don't want to get into the minutia of what's not completed yet (I mean, it's still beta, I can't hold that against you) but from what you have already completed, I very excited for the rest to be complete. I'd type more, but I need to get to work soon, and this module keeps taking my time, haha. A friend and I just practicing some formation Me refueling and my buddy up in observation We got three friends together to do some work Gorgeous modeling, I can't say that enough Skins available here Courtesy of coronaman Aurora R7 || i7K 8700K || 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s || 2TB M.2 PCIe x4 SSD || GTX 1080 Ti with 11GB GDDR5X || Windows 10 Pro || 32GB Dual Channel DDR4 at 2667MHz || Virpil Warbird Base || Virpil T-50 Stick || Virpil MT-50 Throttle || Thrustmaster TPR Pedals || Oculus Rift
Manuel_108 Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 I agree. A lot happened during initial release and now. If Razbam ever includes their custom sound pack, I'll fly it a lot more.

It's been interesting watching it evolve to what it is today, and I'm looking forward to future improvements. Nice shots btw.
enigma6584 Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 Beautiful screenshots! And yes, RAZBAM has produced a superb module.
rajdary Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 I agree, thankyou Razbam its a great module. I prepurchased this module and just started playing around with it 1 week ago and i have to say i really like the details of the cabin and the flight dynamics, its taken me some time to get used to the landing procedure but once done its a real pleasure. Shadow_1stVFW Posted June 14, 2016 Author Posted June 14, 2016 Yes, yes. I've never flown the Mirage, but having flown other tactical jets, this is great. Like I said, the feeling that you get flying it around is awesome. The fly by wire is beautifully modeled. Every day I've been testing new regimes to take this aircraft to and I'm always impressed. Foxbeard Posted June 16, 2016 Posted June 16, 2016 I am also pretty much in love with this module. For me the best so far. And now imagine this bird with TGP capacety. That would be beyond awesome... Do you guys know if this might happen one day? __________________ Windows 7 Ult 64 Bit | Intel Core i5-3570 | 16GB DDR3-2133 | GTX 770

That would be beyond awesome... Do you guys know if this might happen one day? The Mirage 2000C never had the TGP. The Export variant (2000E) could use a TGP though. (the French ATLIS II Pod) So if they make a Mirage 2000E or Mirage 2000-5 later on then we will probably get a TGP capable Mirage 2000 but i dont think its likely that the 2000C module will get a TGP.

I would be totally fine with the E variant. As far as I know the 2000-5 version came with a new glass cockpit. I guess it's very unlikely that Razbam will spend so much effort for an excisting module. __________________ Windows 7 Ult 64 Bit | Intel Core i5-3570 | 16GB DDR3-2133 | GTX 770
mattebubben Posted June 16, 2016 Posted June 16, 2016 (edited) While the Mirage 2000E might come as a addition to this module (as it has comparably few changes compared to other Variants) any possible M2000-5 would most likely be a new module. (as it has such significant changes in cockpit / weapon systems etc) Edited June 16, 2016 by mattebubben
ZHeN Posted June 17, 2016 Posted June 17, 2016 anyway, not too much information about french tgp's on the internet - thomson-csf atlis/atlis II/thales damocles I doubt sim-makers would be able to reproduce em soon [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
