AP BIT test hangs BIT panel

Testing the AP channel will hang the panel in a green light state. Furthermore, the red AP warning light never turns off, although the HUD warning lines do disappear.

 

Steps to reproduce:

- Cold and dark startup.

- Turn on engines.

- AP channel BIT test ON.

- Wait for green light.

- AP channel BIT test OFF.

- Close cover.

- Green light still ON; AP warning still ON.

 

The green light then stays ON even without battery power.
