Help is needed, DCS wount let me update or play

Hi gents,

 

i have a little problem, since some weeks i cant update DCS, or play it. When i try to play it says to me that there is no internet connection, but i am online. Also when i try to repair DCS it doesent work and the update still not loading. Here is the logfile:

Well damn, this seems like trouble :(

"SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK" is what gets me...something with the connection to the internet.

 

Maybe you've already tried this but I'd try the following

1. Port 80 and 443, are they open in your firewall? If not, try opening them.

2. Plug your computer directly into the your internet socket (no switches or routers)

3. Turn of anti-virus

 

I'm just guessing here but it seems something on your end prohibits getting the certificate.

Something on your side prevents HTTPS connection.

You may put the attached file into the root folder of the DCS, where the autoupdate.cfg is.

 

The file autoupdate_dev.cfg has this content:

IL2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover without any problem. Also all other internetsides or games are working normal.

 

I got my new 2016 kaspersky total security same as before and that works.

Have you tried to update while Kaspersky is deactivated? Maybe that's interfering your update process?

yes, i stop it, all the time when i update some of my games, incl. DCS.

And this is working? If so, then just create an exception for the DCS Updater in Kaspersky. That's what I did.
