You put it in bombing, manual and crank in an angles setting from the book and that's it. The manuals are dead silent on the concept of switches in bombing, auto. Even 50mm and 240mm rockets are supposed to just be a fixed pipper depression (mean angular correction) in auto.
Art-J 发布于2016年8月10日 发布于2016年8月10日 I admit I haven't tested in 1.5.4 U3 yet, but I liked gunsight's A-G functionality in U2, at least with fuselage cannon and S5 or S24 rockets. The combo of fixed auto depression + "launch" & "break attack" lights allowed getting some good accuracy within dive angles and speeds suggested by the manual. OK, the launch distances didn't seem to be quite as per manual, but if I was hitting the practice targets, that was good enough for me. Wasn't happy with the fact that a bit of CCIP code is still left there in bombing mode, but with the whole sight being WIP, I'm not pulling my hair put (don't have it anyway :D). I didn't test the weapons in the mountains though, only on flat Sukhumi airbase. i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.

But at this point, bombs don`t hit close to the marker. And proper approaches in my case is like religion, I don`t go at approx. 30, I go AT 30 Deg (to give an example) :thumbup: Couple that with already weak bombs (hope they fix it one day)... 本帖最后于2016年8月10日，由zerO_crash编辑 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
