p_o_d_2_2 Posted September 30, 2006 Share Posted September 30, 2006 this may be completely random and have nothing to do with lomac, but ill ask anyway. does the f-22 have an airbrake on it? im pretty sure that the rudders can be used as brakes, but does it have the big flap that pops up on the top of the plane like the f-15 or su-27? Shaman Posted September 30, 2006 Share Posted September 30, 2006 AFIK the "popup" dorsal airbrake was in YF-22, in F-22A they've completely removed it. In serial F-22A rudders are used as airbrakes.
