Grandad Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 I'd had to stop using the Mirage recently because I began getting awful FPS when looking around the cockpit ( in 1.5 ) It was a real shame, because it's probably my favourite jet apart from the Sabre. But I tried again today, several DCS updates later and it's absolutely fine again now. Nothing has changed on my settings - is it DCS updating the sim engine a tiny bit or the cockpit textures being optimised ? I'm just curious. Anyway, it's put a smile on my face :D
Rlaxoxo Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Not sure I never had any problems in the first place [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Youtube Reddit
cthulhu68 Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 I think there was a problem with a M2000 update that was hot fixed or corrected in next patch . Same thing just happened to Mig21 last week.

If you use the mirror like I did, you did see huge frame rate drops where before you didn't. Now it is good and back to usual high FPS so I do think something got whacked out of place then they fixed it again.
