Pair of 980ti's for a steal Now what?

Ok so I just bought off of my friend a pair of Asus 980ti 6GD5's. I want to optimize a build for DCS 2.0. Primarily my interest is going to be the carrier fighters. I have nothing else for a new build yet. I have been doing some research but I want get community input as what a good set up will be. Maximum frame rates and best graphics are the goal. I also think I am going to use the Cooler Master Storm Striker case but I am open on that too.

Check for socket 1151, form ATX and EATX, chipset Z170, 2 way SLI and more, ram DDR4.
