HoYa
I can midair refuel with the F15, no problem at all. Today I started with the a10a, and since I can't see the lights, boom is in the way AND the position of the plane is further back, I can't seem to figure out how to place myself properly. Any advice? Yes I did a search on this ! Thanks to all who respond.
GGTharos
If you can see the boom, why would you need the lights? :-) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Reminder: SAM = Speed Bump :D I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda
ST0RM
Worry less about the lights (they are difficult to see in game) and fly formation with the tanker to the contact position. Dont chase the boom. Align with the long yellow stripe on the tanker belly. Small stick inputs. The A/R speed is established, so minor throttle adjustments. probad
or watch the relationship between the tanker's engine nacelles and your canopy frame.
