sobe
Is there any way to have an instrument show up on top of the monitor which is running the game? I know I can do that with DCS Viewports, but I cannot seem to do that with Ikanus. In other words, I would like the RWR in the Su-25t profile to be layered over the cockpit in game. Possible? Trackir4 using the latest Trackir 5 software, Win10 Pro [Creator Update] updated from Win7Pro Pro 64Bit, Intel® Core™ i5-2500 3.30 GHz 6M Intel Smart Cache LGA115 , GigaByte GA-Z68XP-UD4 Intel Z68 Chipset DDR3 16GB Ram, GTX MSI Gaming 1060 [6 GB] Video Card, Main Monitor 1 on left 1920x1080 Touchscreen Monitor 2 on right 1920x1080 . JG14_Smil
Hello, I don't know much about the module but I have found two bugs in the 109K Ikarus profile. I've not been able to affect them with my usual putzing around. The HSI and the AFN2 landing assist do not operate like the DCS gauges. I think there might some initialization thing not working correctly as the fuel gauge does not reset and the HSI wont work at all until I change the heading command. You need to change the heading command to note the different behavior of the HSI.
JG14_Smil
sobe: You can just go Ikarus configuration tab, click on front panel detail, replace background .png file with a -, transmit, save. close cockpit, show cockpit. Have the background be on your main monitor and edit the gauge where you want it. Delete the gauges you don't want. I think this will do what you ask. Whether it will do what you want? You have to find out.
tomcat97
Hi and thank you for your efforts. I alrady use ikarus and it's anazing! My arcaze card (with led and display cards) arrvied yesterday so i tryed to play with it .i could make a led turn on directly form The main card, but not from the extention card. Tried to create a switch in d.a.c, no success yet. Is there any manual explaining how to connect the arcaze module to the extentions? (Leds, disolays) Thanks alot guys, great software. Sent from my LG-H815 using Tapatalk Much to late - I know. :noexpression: But if everyone also has problems with LEDs on Arcaze-Components... Some time ago I made a PDF with the basics: https://github.com/s-d-a/DAC/blob/master/LED_Basics_ENG_V1.1.pdf It's not a "Arcaze LED-Driver-manual" of course! But we hope this will help with all the first steps. Its REALY GREAT to have working LEDs in your Simpit. :pilotfly: ICEMAN 47th VFS Dragonfighters Edited March 8, 2018 by tomcat97

I've never used the AFN2 for ILS, but I note that the horizontal needle doesn't move, it should go to the bottom of the scale when I start the 109. Could be an initialize thing again. JG14_Smil
I didn't take a flight. I am using the take off instant mission and I noted the gauges that did not work the same as in DCS. The Ikarus AFN2 does nothing, the DCS AFN2 horizontal needle goes to the bottom of the scale, it does not stay centered.

The Ikarus AFN2 does nothing, the DCS AFN2 horizontal needle goes to the bottom of the scale, it does not stay centered. Save it and give it to me. JG14_Smil
Thanks, but there is nothing to save. Enter a cold 109 cockpit. Note how DCS AFN2 looks. Note how Ikarus AFN2 looks. Not the same.

StiC
Thanks for providing Icarus. Just a couple of things with the Spitfire. The Boost and Radiator Temp gauges are reporting different values than the in game instruments. If you could explain what the different output values represent for the the instruments in question, I could probably fix it and share the results. Thanks Edit. nvm, I found it in the Wiki.
