Roblex
Can anyone explain why my Spit seems to run out of fuel so quickly? Unless I am misreading the pilots notes, it seems to be saying that even if I rush around at max throttle I should still get just over one hours flight time. I have not actually set a stop watch but I appear to get something in the range of 20 minutes +/- 5m. ============================================================================================================================== 56sqn US@R Diary of a hopeless Pilot Officer http://roblex56raf.livejournal.com NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti, 16Gb RAM, Intel Core i3/i5/i7 6xxx @ 2700 MHz
Holbeach
I did a flight, T/O to 40600' mostly at 3000 rpm, full throttle, 22 mins. and still with a full lower tank at the top, followed by 2 landings at separate airfields, ending on fumes. 53 mins 20 secs. So check you start fuel level in mission editor. .. Edited December 23, 2016 by Holbeach I7 2600K @ 3.8, CoolerMaster 212X, EVGA GTX 1070 8gb. JokerMan
So check you start fuel level in mission editor. .. Also, keeping 'er at the +8lb boost is plenty and better for simulated mechanical longevity
