I wish I paid more attention in school lessons :) Usually latest when you enter your delivery address outside the geo region, you will get a nice hint, they only sell to local addresses. ;) So if you have a friend in Russia who can buy it for you and send it to your place, it can work. Check the parcel delivery cost, tax and import regulations before you end up paying more in total than in the "normal" ED shop...
