Mig 15 air engine restart

Hi everyone,

 

I won't spoil some good campaign, but I struggle to perform a mid air engine restart with my Mig 15.

 

I try to follow what was written in page 244 / 245 of the manual but to no avail. Looks like I'm doing something wrong.

 

Can anyone be kind enough to give me a step by step procedure of how to restart my engine in mid air?

It's really simple, put the throttle back, flip up the air restart switch (key "I" by default) and wait. When the rpm stabilizes flip the restart switch down and increase the throttle. Try to stay within the flight parameters (speed, alt) as in the manual.

Ok, thanks for the answer, actually I was doing things by the book and properly :)

 

I read the answer of the why I can't make it properly on the proper DLC campaign :)

That was made on purpose. You're doing fine, If you can't relight it, just choose a nice field and make a forced landing. Do not eject, ok?
