104th_Maverick Posted January 14, 2017 Share Posted January 14, 2017 (edited) Red Flag Aggressor PvP - January 28th of January 1800z www.zulutime.net The 104th in association with LNS present RED FLAG PvP hosted in the Nevada NTTR! 28th of January 1800z: Official battle DCS theater: NTTR Battle duration: 3 hours - One life per pilot Open slots (Challenger side): 38 - first come first served Hosting server: 104th Dedicated Server TeamSpeak Address: 96.94.104.129 TeamSpeak password: phoenix As in our previous Red Flag PvP events, the fight will consist of an air to air Aggressor force of 16 pilots, facing off against against 32 strong air to air Challenger force! This will also include 6 Air to Ground Striker slots! The event will be Streamed Live and Commentary will be provided by Hook on his Twitch channel SIGN UPS Sign up is open to Squadrons and lone-wolfs, however, there is a quota of 4 slots for any one squadron for the Challenger side. Squadrons can substitute pilots half way through the 3 hour mission, providing they still have pilots alive. This way a Squadron may enter more than 4 pilots however only 4 may fly at any one time! Spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis and we will operate a reserve list for the event of pilots not showing on the night. MISSION The RF format will feature Air to Ground objectives for the Challenger side as well as a NO FLY ZONE for the Aggressor side. The Aggressor side starts at Tanopah Test Range and is protected by an SA-11 System at the airbase, complimented by SA-15 Tor cover and SA-13 Strela cover. The Challenger side starts at Nellis and is protected by the NO FLY ZONE, giving Challenger pilots time to co-ordinate their strike package without being ambushed close to Nellis. Full mission details including maps will be posted in this thread within the next few days! OBJECTIVES Aggressor Protect Red Ground assets in 61B Challenger Destroy Primary Targets in 61B Eliminate all Aggressor Aircraft SERVER PING LIMIT The Ping Limit for the event will be set to 330. All client connections to the event server will be monitored in real time during the event. Any client who's connection becomes unstable will be removed without warning, and only be able to rejoin upon approval from an admin. We also reserve the right to remove or not allow a client to take part who has packet loss to our server. Aircraft Available F-15C SU27 Mig29A Mig29S Mig29G Mig21 Mirage 2000 L39ZA A-10A A-10C SU25 SU25T All aircraft are to use DEFAULT PAYLOADS! Any client caught carrying non default weapons or default weapons that have been modified will be disqualified from the event. Prizes We have teamed up with Leather Neck Simulations to give away prizes to the top performing Challenger side pilots in both air to ground and air to air. LNS have very kindly donated 3 Viggen Modules as prizes and the 104th will be putting up some cold hard cash that is up for grabs! Air to Air 1st Place- AJS37 Viggen Module + $50 2nd Place- AJS37 Viggen Module + $30 Air to Ground 1st Place - AJS Viggen Module + $50 Cash prizes will be given out using PayPal, you MUST have a PayPal account to receive your prize. HOW TO ENTER To enter you must post in the following format with your DCS Callsign, Squadron Represented or Lone Wolf, Nationality and Aircraft requested! NO FLY ZONE There will be a NO FLY ZONE in force for the Aggressor side. No Aggressor aircraft are permitted to leave the NTTR, this will allow the Challenger side to co-ordinate their strike packages without the worry of getting ambushed near Nellis. Challenger pilots may fly anywhere on the map. Mission overview Aggressor Base - Tanopah Challenger Base - Nellis Bullseye - 61B Target Area The AO is located in 61B, all ground targets that qualify for Air to Ground points are located in 61B. Kills on ground targets outside of 61B (Tanopah) will not count towards any scoring! There are NO Surface to Air Missile units at the target area, it is however protected by AAA assets. Roster Due to the number of people signing up we have had to create a Reserve list and honour the first come first served rule. We realise this is not great as many people will not be able to sign up immediately after the event is posted due to time zones etc...
