jojo
The pilot must push a button near LG lever that sends an audio signal on radio. This signal confirms to ATC that landing gear is down. Edited January 27, 2017 by jojo 1 Mirage fanatic ! Voodooflies
It's just a safety action I believe regarding gear down checks. The pilot needs to send a signal to the ATC that proves that the gear being down has been checked.
