ruddy122
I have a 6 yr old computer and I want to tweak my graphics settings to get the best FPS out of my computer for the new DCS update How does Preload radius effect FPS? cthulhu68
Having pre-load radius maxed is the way to go since it wont have to use hard drive memory (which is slower) in game to load terrain. If you're low on RAM lowering pre-load radius can help by using that hard drive memory to draw in terrain in game.
ChillyWillies
Make sure you have Water on Low. Water and Shadows are the biggest factors in lowering FPS other than Depth of Field.
