I remember the Mig-21 finding its way into steam fairly quickly. Can we expect the same for Viggen?

 

What's so important about things being on steam

That was before Steam changed its policy about releasing DLC that is in Early Access. (no longer allowed)

We will have to wait until the final release.

Evidence would suggest people don't like things being standalone anymore, what with the recent complete meltdown from some people of it dropping on the Open Beta. lol

It had nothing to do with it being on a standalone version and it was not a meltdown. Many of us were pissed off that were were not told before we purchased the module that on release day we would have to download a third version of Dcs taking up another 25-35gb of valuable space on our hard drives. With Alpha, Beta, and release it took up over 130gb of space. It was the piss poor communication and on the last min them saying oh btw it will only work with beta was the problem.
