BK 90s do release submunitions

For some reason I have difficulties using BK90s.

Neither one in the first pair work.

Only the third one explodes. What gives?

OK so looks like the infact work. I see no dispersion when they overfly, but target starts to explode 10 seconds later

Yeah, the submunitions do need some time after getting dispensed. I think that's intended but don't nail me on that :)
