NickD
Is there a way to prevent this sort of thing, or does it literally come down to micromanaging the wingman? Edit: Youtube link if the video embed isn't working:
norbot
The wingman will try to stay in formation with you. Before landing your speed becomes so low, that the wingman overshoots your aircraft an maybe crash into your plane. So send your wingman back to base (RTB) before landing and you won't have this sort of problem. The behavior of wingmen in DCS is not very smart. In the current version you will not be able to land together with your wingman - at least I couldn't. :( You may read a thread I opened here: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=178137 Edited February 12, 2017 by norbot A-10A, A-10C, A-10C II, AV-8B, F-5E, F-16C, F/A-18C, F-86F, Yak-52, Nevada, Persian Gulf, Syria, Supercarrier, Combined Arms, FW 190 A-8, FW 190 D-9, Spitfire LF Mk.
