Shaderhacker
Does anyone have a tutorial video of how they navigated to the waypoints in the first campaign (Nevada)? I quickly get lost as soon as I'm airborne. I can follow the aircraft, but they eventually land and I'm left in the air alone. Looking at the waypoints on the kneeboard doesn't really help either. Pheonix0869
This might help... I'm mid semester or I would make a video and throw it up... Basically, use the comm F-10 menu to see the nav points and your kneeboard to determine which nav point you should be going to. they are listed something like 355/50 119X (or 50/355 not sure the order) what this means is; set tacan to 119X and the adi course knob to 355. you are looking to intersect the course at 50nm from the source signal... it takes a little bit of jockeying to find the right heading. Here's Wags on the navigation pre-release:
spiddx
In case you didn't see it in your other thread: You can read up on TACAN navigation in this thread: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=175448 Have fun!
