Updated to Open Beta - release build gone!

After I updated to Open Beta 3690 build via Skate Zilla's GUI Utility, my release build has disappeared.

Is that correct? Have I done something wrong?

Really? I thought it was possible to have release, open alpha and open beta installed at any one time.

Yes it is possible. Most of us have such setup, probably. I don't know how Skate's utility works though, never used it. Did You have to separate builds on Your PC before?

I wouldn't sweat it, just run the 1.5 Open Beta.

I have all three - 1.5 Open Beta, 1.5 Stable Release, and 2.0 Open Alpha. I can't tell you the last time I even bothered to run the 1.5 Stable Release version.

At some point hopefully in the not too distant future 1.5 will go away anyway with the merge into 2.5.

Thanks guys.

I have never installed the open beta before, as having the release 1.5 and the open alpha 2.0 was enough for me!

I'm sure I speak for everyone here, but I hope that 2.5 comes real soon after the Normandy map!

Yep we are all very much anxious for that to occur, along with ED I am sure!

Hopefully after Normandy 2.5 will become top priority.

@imacken: Just FYI although you have probably figured this out by now.

Using the Updater Gui Utility depends on the version that you have selected in "Select Build to Manage" in the top right corner afaik, so if you have more than one version installed, then it is important to make sure that you have the build selected that you intend to edit.

Yep, I'm confused about this. I had just the release and open alpha builds installed. Now, I have the beta and the release version both the same in the eyes of this updater GUI.

If Your Release was updated to OB and you want to revert it back to release:

Select "Release" from the Drop down menu,

Click Advanced Update Options,

Click Update to Latest Release Version.

As Noted, You have to Select the Build you want to manage in the top right of the App.

Thanks SkateZilla, I don't really want to revert the beta back to release. I wanted to install the beta as well as the release and open alpha in the first place, but somehow, my release version was overwritten by the beta.

Copy the Folder, Paste it and Rename it Open Beta.

Then Revert the Original back to Release.
