IAB (nuke) Panel missing [once again]

The IAB/nuke panel is missing when nuke is loaded. The jammer and UPK panels appear, but not the IAB panel. After the Starforce Patch for a short time it seemed to appear again, but now it is gone again.

Odd, just two days ago we were droping nukes, didn't noticed that...
