He flew this aircraft when he shot down a FW-190 on 29th June 1944 and a Bf-109 the following day. The squadrpn operated Mk IXs from October 1943 to November 1944. If you need any more information on 602 code and serial numbers I may be able to help, I have the full ORB for 602 from 1939 to the end of the war and this information is usually contained in it.
