Soon as the engine goes off for any reason hydraulics goes too, so i'm not able to control the plane anymore... SO i would like to know if there is a switch to to control surfaces via manual or electric hydraulics systems...

Is your emergency pump on? See item 62 in page 18 and page 23 of the manual.

 

P.S.

I also forgot to mention the FBW emergency channel, Item 42 on page 18 and 21
