After you enter custom waypoints to INS (on top of those which were loaded from mission editor) then after death game seem to save the first added waypoint, forgets any additional added waypoints and it locks itself from adding new waypoints.

 

for example:

3 waypoints loaded from mission editor

you add 2 more waypoints

you die

after respawn INS remember remember waypoint 4, forgets 5

you cannot add waypoint 5

after Prep 05 it switches to waypoint 04

How to add waypoints in MP which are not designated in ME ?

 

If I only have 2 waypoints set from ME, I can never use the rest 18 waypoints. I can just edit the 2 existing waypoints.

If I do that, it doesnt change prep to 03. It just stays on whatevar it was before.

 

At least last time I tried, which was in march, it was like that. I would be world most happy Mirage driver if it got finally fixed.

I also had one time the problem that no matter which waypoints i tried to add (01, 02, 03, ...) it didn't work, but weird enough, after a restart, it worked again

Logged in to server, picked a Mirage slot. Started the INS alignment and started inserting the mission waypoints. Then on waypoint 05 this happened:

Probably. Did you just ignore whatever is "written" and continue inputing?

Ususally, when pressing INS (enter) button, all is well again.

Affirm, I typed the waypoint coordinates over (or rather "under") and as I pressed enter or insert, whatever it is, it cleared just fine, with new coordinates clearly visible.

It did not happen after death. I joined the server for a second time. It crashed with the first join.
