TrackIR 5 Help

Hey guys,

I posted in the TrackIR forums and submitted a ticket last week but haven't heard anything back. The last two weeks with my TrackIR have been horrible and maybe some of you have some tips or tricks. I have Windows 10 with the creators update and when I start up the TrackIR software, it shows my TrackIR detected and also a green light on the bottom right of the software, but no red LED lights on the camera itself(wont track). I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, removing registry keys, reinstalling Nvidia drivers, changing USB ports 2.0/3.0, and after maybe 30 times of unplugging and replugging it back it the red lights will come on and I can use the TrackIR. After I shutdown or restart though, I have to go through this whole process of an hour trying to make it work again. This has only started happening recently but it's very frustrating. Any help would direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

could be a faulty usb port, did this happen overnight?
