Have installed dcs on w7 on hdd and want to keep both operating systems. How can I migrate from w7 to 8 from hdd to ssd, possibly without installing everything again. Do I have to deactivate or not? How does dcs know where to install updates if I have dcs in window 7 on hdd and dcs on w 10 on ssd.. Hope someone can give me exact steps on how to proceed. RED Posted June 16, 2017 Share Posted June 16, 2017 Do you want to keep Win7? Dcs will Update the version that you start and update.
