oldcrusty Posted May 29, 2020 Share Posted May 29, 2020 Everything looks better at sunset :) except FLIR and SC angled deck and line-up lights:( It's one of them 'Mad skills' vid clips :smoke: Starts with Mk-84 x4 Auto loft then inflight refueling and finally Case I (from break to trap via bolter) with sun glare in my face at all critical moments. I'm fairly new, ~2 months into DCS and the F/A-18C. Selected: Instant Action->F/A-18C->Ready On the Ramp->Nellis. What ever you do, be sure once you apply power and start to taxi toward the runway for take off, either you need to depart immediately or stay left of runway center line. If not, your wingman will taxi out and crash into you if you stop in the middle or right side of the runway center line! Sometimes, it is entertaining to watch.
