Steam bought modules not showing in standalone

Recommended Posts

Hi

So I bought two campaigns for the A-10, the F-5 and the Gazelle on steam and did exactly as I did for the previous purchases: Went to the digitalcombatsimulator.com page, under "license check" I binded the serial to my account and now this page shows I got all these products.

HOWEVER

These modules don't light up on either the DCS 1.5 or DCS 2.0 simulators. When I run the mouse over the only option is to buy them. What's up?

I never bought serials on steam, but I can imagine that a straight procedure should be:

-Install the campaign (manually or with Skatezilla's utility)

-Start DCS

-When asked for activation use the steam serial

-Steam serial is automatically binded to your account

-Play...

Hi,

When I go the website the modules are purchased and the keys are ok.

It's just not showing on the game itself, either 1.5 or 2.0.

Module manager is bugged...

Install manually or using Skatezilla's DCS Updater GUI Utility

Hello again,

I figured it out. You have to use the Module Manager within game. Though I had to insert the key again. Kind of redundant.

Anyway, I guess this might be written somewhere and I just missed it. Sorry if that's the case.

Ah thanks, didn't know about this. The module manager eventually worked. :) Thanks anyway.
