Riverseeker Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 (edited) Is it normal that a plane like the spitfire recovers so fast and autonomously (just leave release the controls and if youare scared give a little counter rudder...) from deep autorotation? Or am i not getting a complete deep autorotation? Right now i am not sure i am giving rudder in the right moment... (its kinda hard to get the exact moment in which this aircraft is collapsing!) I mean somebody already got a spin that the plane was not autorecovering in more thant 6 rotations? edit: i can get a deep autorotation only on very hight pitches, i cant get from a stall on a flat course. Andy1966 Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 (edited) I could think of a few things to post here .... but I wont. By counter rotation, do you mean yaw or rudder?
