Getting the buff up on the shine now....

Even if usually I don't like so much the fictional skins, they are really nice.

Since I'm working on a Danish livery with glossy finish, I have a pair of question for you:

*What is doing the texture declared for the slot 11 in the description.lua? Maybe the specular for DAMAGED?

{"LNS_VIG_EXT_FUS_L", 0, "lns_vig_fuselage_l", true}; <--DIFFUSE MAP
{"LNS_VIG_EXT_FUS_L", 1, "lns_vig_ext_fus_l_n", true}; <--NORMAL MAP
{"LNS_VIG_EXT_FUS_L", 2, "lns_vig_fuselage_l_s", true}; <--SPECULAR MAP
{"LNS_VIG_EXT_FUS_L", 5, "lns_vig_fus_damage", true}; <--DIFFUSE MAP (DAMAGED)
{"LNS_VIG_EXT_FUS_L", 10, "lns_vig_fus_damage_nrm", true}; <--NORMAL MAP (DAMAGED)
{"LNS_VIG_EXT_FUS_L", 11, "vig_specular_color", true}; <-- ??????????

*What program do you use for creating specular map? I'm using Paint.net and GIMP, but I'm a dummy when working with channels...

This is the process I used for creating a specular for glossy:

-Desaturate the image.

-Select only the GREEN channel and make Invert (in GIMP there are 2 options:Invert and Invert value with different behaviour...).

-Start adjusting BLUE channel for 0 blue (totally black?)

-RED channel doesn't do nothing

I use Photoshop for my texture work.

I mess about with it until I get something that looks good.

Specular isn't one of my strong points.
