cannot be mixed - in loadout or in the description? for example i want m64 bombs and rockets as payload. so i put bombs or rockets in description, and made them on a plane is fact loadout (m64+zuni). what happens?

at the time, DCS had difficulties to manage several types of loading
Now it seems to be able to handle it, but it is DCE that has trouble with this.

So you have to do some tests to find what works in DCS with the loadout you want,
And try to copy it in the DCE loadout options

No guarantee that it works.
So I advise you, at the beginning, to stay on a loadout that does not mix weapons.

Here's my short feedback with TF-71 Hornet Campaign : activated CAPs in "oob_air_init.lua" and got now 3 different types of missions, CAP, Strike and Sead

Restarted Campaign (running "first mission.bat") and again 3 missions.

Started ingame campaign with 1st mission, after succeeding got 2nd mission generated again with 3 different missions : CAP, Strike and Anti-ship

After 2nd mission new one generated and again 3 different missions !

Runs fine and looks very promising...

 

Is there any tutorial for Campaign creating ?

I'ld like to build my own campaign for Syria map 😉

Took a look inside files but could not sort out how it works.

I'm glad I could help in eliminating these issues, at least it's a benefit for all of us who like to play PBO_CEF's and your campaigns.

Btw. I have to restart all campaigns from beginning, continueing with new script is not possible.

Doesn't matter since after only 4 missions I seem to realize a certain difference in missions.

 

After all the good memories with Falcon 4 years ago, I'm happy to have something similar that I can stick to... 😉

I guess my french isn't good enough for a tutorial in your language - too bad 🤭

Hi Miguel,

I am flying a Crisis in the pg falcon campaign. Right now I am given a lot of cap missions. In the attached mission I am flying the second CAP-flight. I noticed that the first AI CAP-Flight stays in afterburner the entire flight. All planes are eventually lost due to loss of fuel. I suspect a to high airspeed at to high an altitude as culprit.

on my side, I noticed that some packages were landing directly, since they could not follow the schedule and/or the speed requested.

However, can you confirm that you have the Scriptsmod 20.47.105 version?
Your mission seems to have been generated with this version (20.47.105) which is about a year old.

If you are indeed using this version, I suggest you update it => 20.60.249
If you had already updated it, I suggest you to repair it (Reset button)

Tried with these files, I had completely forgotten that there were 2 map normandy/Channel

I didn't have the time to test, tell me if it works.
Maybe you have to run the generator twice to get the new conf_mod options to work.

I think your base_mission is corrupted
The file that crashes, in your screen, must take the name of the theatre in base_mission, and as it does not find it, it crashes

I enclose a TheChannel base_mission for Spitfire, (I don't know if it's the same for the others)

@Miguel21  Thanks but this did not work.  To be certain I installed from the User Files a new copy of WWII Channel Spitfire.  It appears to be more broken than all the other missions.  After switching the path.bat to use the modified NG scripts from above and the new base mission I get this when generating the first mission:

do you have this part in your conf_mod?

If not, restart a mission,
If still not, add the conf_mod_check.lua file I uploaded above, and place it in DCS.openbeta\Mods\tech\DCE\ScriptsMod.NG
