I think they must have changed the allowable frequency range of the group

 

It was this radio frequency. I think it is the group frequency? I can launch the mission if I set it between 100~150.

Dear partners. I have a problem with the campaigns corresponding to the Harrier, when I start with coold star my plane does it well and I manage to take off without problems but when my wingman has to take off, it moves to the beginning but soon after it places the chocks and does not take off. Take off is from the Tarawa. Thank you

Save the previous files


You can also change the freq of the Gudauta tower in the file "Init\db_airbases.php" and put the VHF frequency compatible with your Mig-19:
 

ATC_frequency = "130.000",

All this is a test,

in addition, there is no compatible frequency in a package between the Mig19 and the F86, so there will be no frequency that works between these 2 groups, this is normal.

btw, I'm curious, is it normal that there aren't any Su-7(Su-17)s flying around in the mission? The briefing says there are Su-7s and I've never seen one flying even in the Indian Mig-21 campaign.

To change that quickly you can find the db_loadouts.lua file in the Init folder and change Su-17 minscore = 0.3 on every loads to  minscore = 0.1, 

You should find them in the sky again !

the next iteration (probably tomorrow), you will have EWR frequencies compatible with the Mig19

I think I found the problem(s):

1) In AddCommandRadioF10.lua, the to/from waypoints are mixed up

2) the RTB command cannot work for escorts. In CustomTaskScript the CustomeSearchThenEngage function is applied continuously and the comment says that when this is true, the group cannot receive waypoint actions. I don't know enough about lua scripting, but if someone can tell me how to stop a script I can modify AddCommandRadioF10.lua to make it work for escorts too

 

I have also added F10 options to get strike or SEAD only packages to RTB - see attached.

I tested it and as far as I can tell it works

How do I remove a player's target waypoint? I would like to remove the player's target waypoints as well as the AI, since the squadron still flies to the target waypoints after firing the standoff missiles.

 

The reason I am asking this is: I made a Syria mission with about 140 SAMs, and the only way to clear this mission is to destroy the SAMs with an AGM-154A. But now DCE's script handles ASM missiles as pinpoint attacks, so the SAM is not properly destroyed. So I modified the ATO_Generator file to make the ASM missile do a CAS attack, and the missile flies to the SAM unit and destroys it successfully, but instead the squadron flies to the target waypoint. In conclusion, what I would like to ask or suggest is how to enable ASM missiles to attack individual units or remove target waypoints from CAS. Please help me.

remove a waypoint: too complicated

modify the behavior of the ASMs: we have to see, but this is still a part of the script that is not easy, modifying it can have repercussions on all the ASM weapons used by the other planes

Thanks @Miguel21. It looks like resetTask() works. Updated script attached - I tested on the 1st Viper over Caucasus mission and now when I send the "all RTB" command the escort also goes back to base. Maybe have a look that I haven't done anything stupid before you merge it....
