Strange behavior Hotas

DCS 2.1.1 works differently with gaming device than the 1.5.7.

 

I run to be a quick mission in 1.5.7 confirm fly.

 

- The main joystick and Hotas react properly.

 

The same example 2.1.1

 

-The main joystick works, hotas not responding at all not even the buttons.

 

Solution:

 

-I click on the desktop DCS and hotas starts to work, or do I have to use Alt + Tab and come back.
