I found the solution to solve this crash when exit mission after using F10 MAP KEY...

Very easy: you only have to delete this file: sceneVR.lua

Located in:

\DCS World\Scrips\DemoScenes\sceneVR.lua

Afther that, no more VR hangar, but no more crashes! In addition, it seems that fps are higher, but maybe is subjetive (graphic card does not have rendering VR hangar).

Had to re-apply this fix after todays update for 2.1.1

good news is I can up the distance and move shadows from flat to low. Excellent framerates in NTTR 45 to 90 depending on location, not so great in Normandy 35-45 my vr is set to 1.6

Happy I found this thread as I suffered a game crash every time I ended a mission by esc/quit. F10 having been used or not, DCS would stop responding every time after the latest update.

Deleting the sceneVR.lua file solved the crashes!

Now, how on earth did you find this solution? :-D

Thankyou so much for this!

I was getting consistant crashes after every mission.

This fixes ALL crashes for me ( not just related to f10)!

using dcs v2.2
