GR27
I would like to fly formation flight like the Blue Angels in FC, is there a way i can edit a mission for such a flight? Is it possible to make 4 planes taxi and take off together and do all kind of aerobatics and i will try to fly on the right or left of the leader? Do you know if there is a mission like this that i can download for FC 1.12a? Thank you. :pilotfly:
hitman
Yeah you can set a mission up to where the aircraft you want to fly wing on will do scheduled turns and climb to altitude...
urze
The only way i know to be not the leader offline is to jump out of your aircraft (alt+j) on the runway and jump in a aircraft of one of your wingmen. Then you can practice formation flights following the programed waypoints. Leftside Limited - ideas and solutions

Thank you. :pilotfly: I suggest you to go into the HypeLobby, many formation flyers(or amateurs to be exact:D) like me are trying to fly together. Better than every AI training. Frazer
There's a tool which allows you to fly in your own track (using multiplayer), i dont remember the name of it, but somone else around probably does. The tool peterj is talking about is called "Phantom Control". A lot of the aerobatic groups out there are using this tool for trainings. The program records the inputs of your joystick and makes it possible to replay it time after time again. PCtrl basicly let the computer think there is a real pilot flying. You can download the program from our old website here:http://lockon-vpg.nm.ru/downloads.dhtml (NOTE: you need a second computer to run the phantom and the program is quite tricky to use) If you are a beginner I recommend you to find server IP's from aerobatic teams using phantom servers (sorry, don't have the IP's present at the moment). The White Ravens, Virtual Thunderbirds and the Virtual Snowbirds use phantoms on their servers and they are most of the time online. Wish you all the best at your road towards precision.
