file download page won't load

I purchased FC1.1 and the file download page won't load. It simply loads a blank page.

Same here, bought yesterday, so far download page does not load, so i can't use the product atm. Before loading the downloadpage, the browser says there are insecure scripts and that the site certificate contains errors. happens with IE7.0 as well as firefox 2.0

Any luck contacting anyone GG? Hopefully, since you are a beta tester, they will listen to you.

 

The fact that the server is screwed up is mildly understandable..but the fact that we haven't even gotten a "yea, we know about it and are currently working on it" post from an admin is just rediculous. On top of the fact that they seem to be ignoring emails send to them about this.

 

I can already see that this company, either does not care about or, is extremely lacking in the customer support area. I don't care if something is broken, but at least have the common courtesy to acknowledge the fact that it is, indeed, broken by either returning emails or posting a response on the forum. Either one of which would take less than 5 minutes.

Oh, they always listen, to you too guys, sometimes they're just a bit slow to respond (for reasons unknown to me).

I pointed them straight to this thread so hopefuly you guys will be taken care of soon.

The problem is fixed.

 

Sorry for the delay. We have long holidays here in Russia.

So today is the first workday in this year for us :)
