tusler Posted December 9, 2017 Posted December 9, 2017 In Open Beta everything that is suppose to work in the early release does work. I updated DCS 2 Alpha and installed the AV8B I mapped eveything the same as I did in Beta. When I start the harrier it all works, I slide the throttle out of the shutoff position and the engine spools up, then when I am ready to taxi I move the throttle control, the throttle ingame moves exactly like it is suppose to but the engine rpm stays at idle and never changes? I'll make a track. Ask Jesus for Forgiveness before you takeoff :pilotfly:! PC=Win 10 HP 64 bit, Gigabyte Z390, Intel I5-9600k, 32 gig ram, Nvidia 2060 Super 8gig video. R1Lawsy Posted December 9, 2017 Posted December 9, 2017 There is a switch above the fuel shutoff valve behind you to your left... flick that down and you are back to normal Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Taintid Posted December 9, 2017 Posted December 9, 2017 There's a switch that needs to be flipped forward in order for the engine to go past idle and allow you to move. It's hidden behind the throttle, hover your mouse over the throttle until you see an option to flip the switch.
tusler Posted December 9, 2017 Author Posted December 9, 2017 (edited) I know about the switch, it is the brake right, and the fuel shutoff on the left has to be down. I do that and the throttlle moves the full amout in game, it just does not affect the engineThrottleProb.trk Edited December 9, 2017 by tusler Ask Jesus for Forgiveness before you takeoff :pilotfly:! ViKe Posted December 9, 2017 Posted December 9, 2017 Click the DECS switch above the fuel cutoff lever and you are good to go.
