Pixelated canopy in DCS 2.2

Anyone has this effect in the Mig-21 canopy after the last 2.2 update?

There is a number of missing textures listed in the dcs.log file (see below):

the first one seems the one responsible for our problem.

To patch (quick and dirty, no reflection on glass, but no pixel) extract the attached file in your DCS \DCS World 2 OpenAlpha\Bazar\TempTextures folder)
